Everyone here at Picture This Framing, Inc. is comitted to providing you with quality, appealing framed art. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days of the original shipping date. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Return Procedure: To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box and include a copy of your invoice. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a traceable method. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error please contact our customer service representative so we may arrange return shipping.
