Shipping Information

Shipping Policy: All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Your items will be shipped out of our warehouse within 5 working days of receiving your order. Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States. Special items and custom orders may take longer. Orders are shipped UPS except where special arrangements are necessary due to size and weight. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via air service and you will be appropriately charged. Return Policy: To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box and include a copy of your invoice. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a traceable method. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error please contact our customer service representative so we may arrange return shipping.
